Debt Collector Unaged Moonshine (70cl)

Debt Collector "Unaged Moonshine" is our bourbon style whisky, but at the beginning of the process, before it is matured in virgin American oak.

Inspired by deep south blues rock music, this American style spirit is made with a mash of corn, barley and rye. It is fermented using a Kentucky Bourbon yeast and then diluted to bottle at 50%.

This gives it a good kick for making many drinks, particularly rum based cocktails.
