Renegade is our gold medal, award winning gin.
It is the only "grain to glass" gin produced in London and one of a handful in the whole of the UK. We are not fans of following the traditional route in distilling (or life), and Renegade is contemporary on all levels.
We use 14 botanicals in total. All the usual 'ginny' suspects are there such as juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, however what stands Renegade out from the crowd is the use of green, leafy botanicals such as bay, sage, winter savoury and cardamom to give it leafy fresh pine, herbaceousness on the palate. And a hint of warmth and spice is down to the addition of a West African pepper called Grains of Paradise.
This badass gin is insanely sessionable, deliciously herbaceous and piney, with a smooth, lingering finish.
Fun fact - the label was designed by a tattoo artist!

a gin like no other
Renegade Gin is a contemporary, herbaceous style of gin like no other and is insanely sessionable.
Concocted using a proprietary blend of 14 botanicals it has a deliciously herby flavour profile that is savoury and incredibly moreish offering consumers something different in what is a crowded gin market.
All botanicals are selected from regions where the best quality botanical of that variety grows and with a focus on sourcing as local as possible to our distillery. Juniper makes up the majority of our botanical bill and we source the best Juniper in the world which comes from Tuscany, Italy.
We use overnight maceration to extract full flabour from select botanicals and then conduct a pot distillation with use of a vapour infuser (called R2D2) for lighter citrus notes.
It has powerful and inviting aromatics from the use of green, leafy botanicals.

Musical inspiration and label art
Renegade Gin is inspired by Rock n Roll, our favourite music genre as we absolutely love live music and festivals. Rock stars happen to be renegades and often sport tattoos. It was therefore a natural fit for the label to be designed by a London based black and grey tattoo artist Alo Loco.
The full wrap label features many London icons and was created to reflect what might be an upper arm sleeve tattoo.
The mix of old and new London on the full wrap label reflects the fact that Renegade is a 'new age version' of an 'old age spirit' (gin). Its dark and somewhat gothic appearance reflects London's dark past and uprising from Industrial Revolution times.
Though the exterior may be dark and mysterious shaking up traditional perceptions within the category, the liquid is remarkably refreshing and easy drinking.
