Garnish: Mint Leaves
Glassware: Chilled Coupe

Ingredients
50ml Renegade Gin
25ml Fresh Lime juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Good hand full of mint leaves
Method
Chill martini glass
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously
Double strain into martini glass
Garnish with mint leaves

‘Negroni’
Garnish: Orange Rind
Glassware: Whiskey tumbler

INGREDIENTS
25ml Renegade Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Method
Add all ingredients to glass with ice
Stir down, dilute to taste
Garnish with orange rind

THE BALLER
‘BLACK DOG’
MARTINI
GARNISH: 2 skewered black olives
GLASSWARE: Chilled Martini

INGREDIENTS
60ml Baller Vodka
2-3 bar spoons of Olive Brine
(dependent on Brine strength)
2 Pitted Kalamata Olives
Method
Chill Martini glass
Add all ingredients to mixing glass
with ice and stir down
until diluted to desired taste
Double strain into martini glass
Garnish with skewered olives

‘MOSCOW MULE’
GARNISH: 1 Lime wheel
GLASSWARE: Moscow Mule Mug

INGREDIENTS
60ml Baller Vodka
90ml Ginger beer
½ a lime muddled
1 Lime wheel
Method
Muddle lime in bottom of mug
Fill mug with ice
Add Baller and top with ginger beer
Garnish with lime wheel
