'Culture is everything' as they say. But what is culture to you? 🤨
To us, creating culture means finding the right people who live and breathe the 'Doghouse way' already. Well, at least 80% 'the way'. Then the core team leads and culture follows. I personally believe you must have a core team that 100% reflect the culture in order for culture to truly evolve. It is at a team's core. 💀👍

The word "culture" derives from a French term, which in turn derives from the Latin "colere," which means to tend to the earth and grow, or cultivation and nurture. "It shares its etymology with a number of other words related to actively fostering growth."
At Doghouse Distillery we strive for quality and we live free, but we work hard (bloody hard). It takes sacrifice to be part of our great team but there is nothing more satisfying than when we come together, grind it out and smash life! 💪💥🚀
